Free Shipping
All orders placed on LEATHERMANJ qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum purchase required. This offer applies to every address within the contiguous United States.
Order Processing & Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. The daily cut-off for order processing is 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Any order placed after this cut-off will be processed on the next business day.
Handling Time
After your order is placed, we require 1 to 3 business days to carefully handle, inspect, and package your LEATHERMANJ item(s). This handling period ensures your product meets our quality standards before shipment.
Transit Time
Once shipped, your order will arrive within 3 to 6 business days. Delivery estimates are based on standard carrier transit times and may vary in remote or non-contiguous areas.

Shipping Restrictions
Free shipping and the stated transit times apply to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time. International shipping is not available.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments
LEATHERMANJ is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or damage caused during transit. If your shipment appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided. We will assist you with any necessary claims.
